Bitcoin Wallet Coincheck

The interface is relatively clean, however there are no functionalities to allow the user to know if they making or losing money on any position, unlike Metatrader for example. At the moment, it acts well as a starting tool for playing with coins, but lacks the functions needed for real trading.

Nice interface but no functionality to manage your trades. Also most notifications are in Japanese so it needs proper localization as well

Very slow customer support :( I cant login with two factor authentication for some reason but i want to disable two fact auth code. I know we can disable after login but now i cant access my account so there should be some option to disable two factor authentication without logging in. No customer call center and i raised request online through their site. But I am waiting since last 3 days. Now god know when they will wake up and help me. Oh god please ask them to reply my query and resolve this.

I can't login. Tried reinstall several times. Login data are correct, checked that also. Just keeps saying ログインできませんでした。When applying new it says account already existing... Please check.

Does not show purchase price rate for credit card purchases so the buyer has no idea at what rate the coin was purchased and what the credit card fee was. Also no option to view current value versus original value at time of purchase. Hope this basic feature is added in the next update.

i want to rate 5star because its perfect for the beginner easy to learn but because they dont have decided button to cut the lost i gave 3, much better to upgrade for cutting lost even we sleep at night.

Please fix bugs. Session expires very frequently, signing in is inconvenient. After every sign in attempt, it asks me to set up a pin and 2FA

Logged in 3 hours ago and now again it shows me "session has expired". It gets annoying... Please fix it.

Garbage. Extremely buggy. Tapping menus repeatedly but they remain frozen. Can‘t even set up account. Garbage app.

If you can add a feature where we can set a target price to buy/sell, it would be really helpful to just set our target price rather than keeping an eye on price all the time. Should had some cheap altcoin such as Dogecoin. Other than this, I found this app absolutely great. All major altcoin are available. Best exchange rates and really easy to use. If you can add a widget, it would be superb.

Good but annoying is that they will ask you to input password and verify via email again and again on android platform. IOS platform is fine

Edit: started working at one time but now every time I log in it's asking for me to submit identification documents again, even though I've already done that and can use the website just fine on my computer. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. Please fix this At first I had a pronlem lol problem with the app not syncing up with my account that I created on the computer website. But after reinstalling the app, everything is okay and working fine. I love the feature that allows you to deposit yen at the convenience store, even from the app.

Horrible app. I don't see the point of it. I activated login by finger print but after you need to enter your login/password which send you an email with a link you need to go to so you can come back to the app and reload. Do you want my blood sample too? If you wanna use coincheck just go to their website and stay away from the app.

Unsafe 1000%. I uploaded my id, passport and a bill to show my address from Los Angeles, California and they mentioned they are not available for US but the worst part is all my documents are in the Bitcoin wallet coincheck. Please avoid this app for your safety.
