MonitorMix for Android
The app is good, but we need a stagemix app for android. It will be appreciated if support can create one for Android.
Oppo FS1 recommended for android..
Awesome
The app barely connects with Android phones. My LG V10 and a fellow musician's S7 doesn't connect to the app, but an S4 connects no problem. Factory reset all phones and power cycled everything. The issue is on the app's end. Very poor Android support. Works very well for iOS.
Does not work on my s7 edge. Works perfectly fine on several other people's iphones. Therefore it is a completely useless app for me.
Just updated the TF5 console to the latest firmware. Working to get everyone on ears. Downloaded this to my Galaxy S6. Connected a router to the TF5, set the wifi on the S6 to the SSID of the router for the console. Started the app and was able to connect and control a monitor mix without problems. Great!
As other reviews have pointed out, this app has compatibility issues with some devices. It works great on my old LG G3 but refuses to connect on my Motorola G5+. On the Moto, I can select the mixer and enter the PIN but then it gets stuck on the connecting message. Hopefully a patch will be published soon.
We use this at my church, and I'm glad there's now an Android version.
It won't connect on the Pixel XL, neither while connected to the correct WiFi network and on cellular data, nor on airplane mode and connected to the proper WiFi network.
Pixel XL with not connect... keeps trying to find mixer TF series.
Looking forward to more functionality!
Works great, I dont have to do monitor mixes any longer, the musicians do it themselves. What a great relief! Thanks Yamaha.
Looks like it's working great. Sync'd seemlessly with my tf5.
JUST MAKE STAGEMIX FOR ANDROID

Doesn't connect to my QL1 like IOS devices will

Works just fine on My S7 Edge with the QL5. This app finally gives the icon images a useful purpose too because they are useless on the console's end. I'm glad there is finally an android remote option for the console also after being told they had no intention to develop for android a few years ago. Great app in my opinion
