AndroidのアプリをVer.6.0に更新した場合、ホーム画面のショートカットアイコンが消えてしまうケースがあります。
また、ショートカットアイコンが残っている場合も、そのアイコンからはアプリを起動できません。
お手数おかけしますが、再度ホーム画面への登録をお願い致します。
AndroidのOSが4.0未満の機種の場合、一部のページが表示できないなど不具合が生じる可能性があります。
対応機種
docomo,au,softbank,EMOBILEの端末で下記条件を満たすAndroidスマートフォンでご利用頂けます。
・Eメール機能を搭載
・WVGA（480×800）以上のディスプレイを搭載
・Google Playストアまたはdマーケット（ドコモマーケット）に対応
但し、他事業者のSIMカードではご利用頂けません。
※タブレット端末でのインストール、会員登録は非推奨とさせていただきます。

IIJの3Gだと、アプリ起動時のみ「通信できない」のメッセージで起動出来ず。 家のwi-fi通信で起動➡店に行く（wi-fi切れてる状態）⇒バコード更新 なら出来る。 途中でアプリ終了したりエラーで落ちるとダメです。 つまり、起動時のみ通信のチェックをクリアすれば使えるのです、 そこを何とかしていただきたい。 ＊あと、他のアプリ起動すると 必ずエラーで落ちる。

アプリをインストールしたら勧誘電話がかかってきました（2017年2月5日)。 ヤマダ電機からの電話で間違いはなさそうですが、ろくな説明もないまま、アプリインストール時に登録したメアドにメールを送り付けられ、月額制のサービスへの登録を勧められるようです。
