Fixed the problem updating the window of FlashAir™ App 3.1.0 or later version for Android™ that might have seemed like a failure to connect to FlashAir™. (June 20, 2016)
With the FlashAir™ App for Android, you can quickly and easily connect, download and share all the images and documents on your wireless FlashAir™ SDHC memory card.
3 browsing modes
- Photo/Movie view shows thumbnails of photos and movies in a single scrollable grid.
- Music view shows music files in a single scrollable list.
- Folder view shows any files within each folder.
Download, share and open files
- Save your files to your Android device.
- Share your files via E-mail/Twitter/Facebook/Weibo. *Note: You need an internet connection.
- Open a file in another application.
Configurations
- PhotoShare
- Automatic detection of adding or updating files on FlashAir
- Configuring SSID and security key (password) of the FlashAir™ card.
- Configuring SSID and security key (password) for internet pass thru mode.
- Timeout
- Administration password (MASTERCODE)
[Important notes]
- This application is compatible Android 2.3.3 - Android 6.0 devices.
- Please pay attention to following things when you use this App on your smartphone of Android 6.0 basis.
- Please enable location service or GPS mode on your smartphone.
- If you get a trouble in a wireless connection, please set air plane mode before you use this App.
- This application uses a microSD card inserted into the Android device. Error could occur on the Android device with no micro SD card.
- TOSHIBA may modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services or Materials, or any portion thereof, with or without notice

Card is broadcasting... And my phone can MANUALLY connect and view files by connecting to the WiFi, but the App won't connect and the App says no flashair devices detected. Terrible.

Doesn't connect, but can work around using ES file explorer. Connect directly to flashair using wifi in your phone and use network option in ES file explorer to browse and transfer files.

very strange interface. i cant work out how to download photos from the sd card. i click download. files get red ticks. but nothing happens ! where do they get downloaded to ? app was written by a trainee i think !

I just bought this FlashAir and it worked just fine until few minutes right after I put a password and unable to load pictures. It also said unable to connect the card.

Seems like a developmental release with significant rough edges falling far short of what you'd expect from a product produced by a major brand such as Toshiba. First off the English in the app reads like it was google translated from something else making me suspect for a while whether I downloaded something doggy. Then there is little if any explanation for what the more technical settings do (what does WebDAV do in the context of this card? What is the "MASTERCODE" for and why would I want to change it?) At least it works, so giving it 3 stars.

This app do n't work in my phone MOTO M 64 GB, but when I tried in other phones like in Lenovo Phab and Lenovo Vibe K5 it fully working.

Dear all. I read all reviews. Please make your camera screen setting or camera backlight setting or screen auto off ... this setting change to "never off screen" on camera you were used. When screen is off your thoshiba card current supply discontinoued. And wifi STOPS

I think this app is not optimized for Nougat devices. Transfers are instantaneous on the Note 4 with Lollipop but struggles with my Galaxy A7 2017 with Nougat.

This app is the worst I have ever used repeatly fails to connect yet I have found another third party app that connects 1st time every time. How can a company a big as Toshiba sell good products with poor apps it's 2017. Well done 3rd party app your evil.
