●チーズ検定とは
ＮＰＯ法人チーズプロフェッショナル協会が年に2回行っているチーズの検定試験です。
世界中で食べられているチーズとはどういうものか“歴史”“製造”“栄養”“楽しみ方”“プロフィール”まで、知っていたらもっとチーズが楽しめる、基本的なことが勉強できます。検定に合格して「コムラード・オブ・チーズ（チーズの仲間という意味）」を名乗りましょう。
