Worst application of sony corporation , there is no option to download more than one image you synchronised/uploaded . If you synced 1000 images and you have to download them all, the only option is to download them one by one. There is same problem with the windows desktop application of sony plymemories online . You can't download your images. If ypu are new user then i will suggest you to either go for the Microsoft's onedrive or Google's drive / photos service.

*Update 5/19* Okay Sony I had selected no auto upload "Yet" it is constantly showing me things have uploaded when I didn't uploaded. I had actually taken either a screen shot or downloaded a picture then somehow this app uploads it. Please fix I have others, Google Drive, One Drive etc. This is the only one doing so. Thank you.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 with Android 7.0 and your app is useless. I can't transfer any of my pics from my Sony a6000 through this app, so that makes the WiFi on my camera pretty much USELESS -just like this app is, USELESS!! Good job Sony

This app saved all of my photos when Google failed to back them up. I will forever be grateful for not losing photos very important to me. This app is awesome and I always recommend. Thank you Sony.

5*s for its auto sync and viewing your pics. 1* for your ability to get back your photos. There is no batch download function so if you want your pics back, say on a new phone or computer, you have to go through the process of individually downloading each and every one of your pics. Thats not acceptable for "backup" software. One more thing, if you ever want to enlarge your pics for print or editing, make sure you go to settings and select upload as full file size, it defaults to "under 1920" pixels I'd say this is great for a multi-device sync, but definitely have a better backup option in case you want to actually "have" your pics back someday. I'm currently downloading 100 pics/week until I get them all back then prob not using it anymore since having 2 online backups/sync along with pics on my phone and computer is overly redundant.

App will not connect my Samsung s7 to my a6000. I'm done. Went thru every tutorial and YouTube video I can find. It just won't work. Super inconvient

Can't get photos off my camera onto play memories via my smartphone. The 'help' is not helpful at all.

I had to format my phone and now am unable to sign into the app. Access denied error on both app and phone browser. Please help

Watched every tutorial on how to use this app. Have account and logined in on my phone & camera - however after endless attempts I still have not been able to transfer the phones to my Samsung A5.

Useless. Can't get past the sign in page. Says I have an account but can't find it to reset password.

Keeps saying 'Signing in' and doesn't progress any further on Sony RX100M3, Android phone and Android Tablet. Useless.

This app sucks! I downloaded it and try to use it the password sequence is so incredibly difficult I tried 4 different times to create a new password and it wouldn't allow it I finally gave up and deleted the app don't waste your time with this app...

This is an amazing app to ahare photos with, way better than Google photos for not only sharing memories but preserving them. If you havn't already you should download this app!

I purchased the xz premium and tbh was hoping your own app would let me upload 4k video to it so it's stored in the cloud, especially as it's a selling point of the phone
