Support by Sony: Find support

When it works its really good useful app. Unfortunately it's not worked for a couple of months now, either states cookie to large after selecting a certain item or just states sony support not working use website.

Can you please add an option to default to the remote control function when launching app.

I recently did an update (system) on my Sony Xperia z dual phone and now my audio sound is now not as loud. I've had this phone 2 yrs never once in a case and it is immaculate condition. Fix this please

Just installed it and it prompted me. If out would have waited it might have for a 5 our perhaps even a 2 stop maybe the app lucked out

Recently done a system update and my audio is gone, only works when playing videos

Confusing

I can't add my device. It says it has been added but it's not doing it. (Nexus 5x, Android 7.1.1)

I add my equipment as instructed but it doesn't show in my account. Xperia X Compact. Android 7.0

It's pretty useless to be fair, I have had an update for my phone today which has completely ruined it so why not test these updates before rolling them out you idiots!

Its a program to manually enter your device numbers it could at bare minimum search for your Sony devices

Nice to see if there is new firmware for your devices all at once. But the NFC search function can't find anything I own. It doesn't like my NFC remote on my 2015 smart TV, doesn't do soundbars at all and it doesn't like my NFC enabled Bluetooth headset (SBH52). What good is the NFC search if it doesn't like any device I own??

I have put this camcorder through a local test of my own I was very impressed of my first renderings. The zoom at night is so good that there was no picture noise. Zooming is fantastic with a 60 meter range. The steady cam is produce with what it seems a gyro steady . The only drawback is that it uses mico SD cards. Still with all the technology inside one understands this feature. I was impressed with MP4 & AVCHD separate output. Extremely good value for money.

Updated my new car stereo firmware with the apps help.. but the instructions to do so are a bit misleading and not easy to follow. Im hopfull sony will update regulary
