Smart B-Trainer

Great concept, lots of bugs. My android phone connects with the headphones, through NFC and the Bluetooth options, however the app does not recognize the headphones as connected and does not move past the device list (step 3). Even though the app finds the device, you cannot select it. It just hangs, the only option is to go back to the previous screen and one cannot nove forward. Whoever tested this messed up.

Tells me to update, is this not done automatically as with other apps???

Cannot auto pop up B trainer after Nfc pairing, always redirect to the play store app page. The voice feedback automatically changed to Chinese unless i choose English in my device language setting.

While Endurance training the voice notification are too often... With new firmware update it's every 30 seconds! And I don't know any way to fix it! And application itself totally sucks... Too much crashes and mistakes... Need to reboot my sgs7 edge every second time I'm TRYING to use the application. This came with previous app update and with the last one it's the worst!

Good idea by sony but another huge let down. It used to kinda work and be decent, now its just useless. Cant even log in. Fix it, sony!

Overall is good, what make me hate it is that "no~heart rate signal" n "heart rate signal ready. How to get rib of this annoying announcement!!!:(

Guys I just found out, press the Bluetooth button on the device and it will turn to streaming mode then it can be play on a device

Very poorly designed and implemented. Sending a Notificatuon in Japanese to me, an English speaker, took the cake and lead to this 1 star review.

Good apps for monitoring heart rate and worthy accessories.. But how to play music using smarthphone..

I like everythink but the main things is to use for my mobile music and call and movie . I can't use it .

Good apps and device!!

The app looks nice and has an easy to use interface. I found however that if I start a training and then want to stop it, the when I click "done", all gets stuck in a loop and I can't go back to the main menu until I restart the device. Also the"music tempo setting" g and the "shuffle all music" options are missing on android. It would be great if you can pretty select which songs you want to play during a training

1. Give the heart rate sensor a "Turn off" option. 2. Cannot sync the activevitis with Facebook.

The My Asics plan is not available in my app

this earphone would be more useful if you add more type of sport to monitor HR as real time.

Tried using the app to plan my runs and the Asics plans really work well. Better with the device because I can monitor the heart beat too.

Not sure if is the device or the application, but haven't been able to make it work. GPS is not working and the heart rate monitor only works when I use it with my old iPhone but not with my new android phone. I think the worst part is actually the Sony customer support which not only is not very user friendly but nobody there seems to know which department is responsible for the smart b trainer. Still waiting to hear from them.

We need to be able to export workout data to other popular sport app like nike+ or Runkeeper

I'm a cyclist and run also to compliment my weight training. I really like my Sony Smart B Trainer but I really wish the app was compatible with cycling. As soon as I ride it will say workout paused. Then resume. Then pause again, rendering it useless apart from music. Please Sony,incorporate other sports into the b trainer and take advantage of this beautiful device

Good app, but no connectivity to Sony Smartwatch 3 is disappointing. Otherwise 5 stars. Please sort.

No support for my ASICS app despite what Web says. App crashes every now and then and reset required before will update via Bluetooth to xperia z3+

When I upgraded and redownload the app to a new phone, it didn't sync the old data to the new phone although I have sign in with an account. I hope they fix this soon.

1- No capability to set custom playlist for training. Either always shuffle or selective only by song tempo. 2- Cannot connect with other sports apps like Nike+, Runkeeper or Strava. 3- Always crashes when selecting heart rate to be displayed on graph. DO SOMETHING!!!

I'm impressed with the information that's aggregated by the app, however, there are some bugs and missing features that cause me to give 3/5 rating. Firstly, you can't sign in until sometime in October as Sony's servers are supposedly down for maintainence. Secondly, the app crashes when you try to add heart rate to the graph and thirdly, the app doesn't provide data to something like Google Fit.

I updated first and signed in with my sony account, i think the data is synced to cloud, but a few day later, cannot signed in now, and the failed synced notification very annoying, i try. Click on signed out, then every thing is gone! All my personalized data! now it's like a new app! i Lost All my data!

Impressive wearable tech. Indispensable for busy yet data hungry professional like me.

Really great tracking features. All-rounder exercise companion, not to mention the mp3 hardware is water proof

Frustratingly I cannot use the training function. It hangs on the popup message 'tap "transfer training" to transfer training plan do device'. Hopefully this is promptly addressed in an update!

I understand technically this isn't a bug or problem about the app. But the integrated Google map can't work properly in China. This keeps bothering. The location needs to be somehow adjusted, and I've seen apps made the adjustment right. Could you plz fix this thanks. Really liked using B trainer anyway.
