Like a Bobblehead, a face is an application which can create the photograph which has a motion and force greatly.
The photograph taken with the camera on that spot and the photograph saved to the terminal can be used.
The created photograph is saved in animation GIF form.
In this application, OpenCV is used as an image-processing library.
When OpenCV Manager is not installed, please install OpenCV Manager according to the message displayed at a start-up.

This app won't work without downloading OPEN CV MANAGER , and even after the 9mb OCM download , this app closes with a notification - unfortunately stops !!! , please do something ASAP , its a request

After downloading, I was asked to download the Open CV Manager app. I guess this is what creates the movement? I did that, and all worked fine. You can take a picture, or use one in your gallery. It has an adjustment feature to increase the subject's head size. It saves as a gif. file, but you can send and share these.

Please make to mark even faces that are covered with helmets. I tried with many pictures. Its not detecting. Please add and fix this
