Won't detect my SHARP printer

Worked first time. Great interface. Didn't want access to every feature on my phone. All apps should be like this. Thanks.

Can't use it in our network because through wifi our printers are only reachable via IPv6. Also it doesn't even allow entering a hostname. Please fix!

It is not compatible with my Android Galaxy S5 phone.

Prints pictures great but asks for a plugin for PDF and word documents. Can you build into your app.

The app seems to work well on my mobile phone however it looks for wifi connection berore it can function properly. In my case i have my device connected to the network via usb/ethernet adaptor and this app claimed it cannot find the network! This is the missing star!

I will give this app 5 stars after an update. The App needs remote printing not just wifi. The App also needs a file explorer not just acsess to one folder. And lastly the App needs a feature or a separate plugin app to use with Microsoft Word, Google Cloud Print, and other services. I find it annoying to close the app I'm editing a document in and needing to open it again in the sharpdesk mobile app.

It doesn't show up any file in the document browser... thus I can't print anything..

You can't browse to folders to select files to print. What's the point of the app if you can't do that!

We have an office grade printer and this app doesn't support pdf files for printing. Useless

It doesn't even recognize Sharp AR5623N and couldn't print anything. Pls suggest gud app to print in WiFi.

So, why can't I just use my phone's built in ability to print? Gave it two stars because it does technically work in its own special way.

This app does not let you browse the file system on the Samsung Galaxy S6. You are not able to print files.

Im trying scan to my phone and it says complete. I hit save. It says image saved. I checked manage files they are there. I checked my gallery not there. I did a search and it is nonexistent anywhere on my device. Not really sure why my scans are only showing up in the app. Its also not letting me choose a destination folder.

Was able to add my printer on the network manually. But there is no integration with android. Which makes simple printing tasks require extra steps. At the end of day it does print files.

Yes, I am able to print using this app. However it is not integrated into the OS of the phone at all. Instead of clicking print when on a webpage, email, file, etc I have to copy the webpage address, open this app, paste it, then I can print it. It would be easier to print to google cloud and then print from my computer. Same with email, can't print from within email, have to open app, set up email info, find email, and print from there. It's so backward I don't know why they even bothered creating the app.

I don't need to load all my documents and email into an application so Sharp can rummage through them all... I just need a print server to work with the print function already included in Android. Cannon has a great one! Maybe you could copy it.

Not Recommend: It is not available in Gmail or any other app I have look in to Print. This application NEEDS work on integration and ease of use. Interface look is outdated.

The sharp website claimed that I would be able to print from other apps, which is true if the documents are saved to a micro SD card. However, you cannot print outside this app. I cannot print from Google docs or any other app. You have to use this app. I would much rather see this be a print service rather than a print app.

Easy to use.

New version allows me to print PDF's to my Sharp that does not have the Postscript expansion kit installed. Yay!

I can print images , word , excel but when I m printing pdf files it says "failed to print a PDF file because it does not have a PS extension" but I can print the same file frpm my laptop.

Does not work. The extSD is not on the root of the device so the app can't find the SD card. The SD card is installed.
