Bugs fixed, great apps for booking hotels in Japan

アプリ内で言語が変えなくて、残念です。携帯が英語に設定しても、楽天の買い物アプリが普通に日本語で表示されますが、トラベルアプリは英語で表示され、言語を設定することが出来なかった。

海外に住んでますが、日本語設定はできないし、日本国外のホテルを予約したかったのに、日本国内情報しか見れなくて残念です。デスクトップと同じ情報が見れるかと思ったのですが。すぐアンインストールしました。

Date selection has a bug, unable to select the date that you want. If fix this issue, rating should be 5 star.

The app although has most of the entry and results fields in English, the entry for prefectures and cities are in Japanese and most of the information is in Japanese. However going to the mobile rakuten travel website will have nearly everything in English which makes the app a little pointless unless you want a mix and match of languages.

Wrong date in searching

Please fix the selected date not match with the form problem

It is a very useful and convenient booking app, but I face a problem when choosing the date recently. The date shown on the booking does not align with the date I chose. Hope Rakuten will fix it as soon as possible.

Date in and out picked does not align within the form.

Cant use it due to unable to register my genuine email address. Useless app if you can't use it. What's the point of high security if it becomes unusable. Pain in the ....

Better to use than computer version

Android 6 check in check out date error. Show date different from that selected from calendar. Latest update not fix the problem. Do not update!

Come on you're sponsoring the best team in the world now, you better start working with your IT team and start upgrading this apps to English and stuff. You're gonna get a good amount of recognition.

Most of the app is in Japanese, so it's impossible for me to choose area/prefecture/etc as I don't know the language.

If you can't read Japanese, don't install this app. Not very useful for foreigners

It seems to work almost correctly. Several parts are still shown only in Japanese.

予約確認が出来ればいいのに

思ったより速かったのに２月のupdateしてから遅い。他のホテル検索アプリの方が安いホテルもある。スマートホンで遅いソフトは使いにくい。
