本アプリは、楽天コミュニケーションズのモバイルチョイス/モバイルチョイス050/モバイル通話録音の各サービスを簡易な手順でお使いいただくためのアプリケーションです。
さらに、0037から始まるプレフィックス番号を付けて発信する、他のサービスにもご利用いただけます。

●ご利用方法：
Step1 0037ダイヤラーアプリを起動します。
Step2 一覧画面から電話をかける相手をタップします。
Step3 電話番号をタップして発信します。

社員個人の携帯電話を ビジネス用としてもご活用いただけるようにできるサービスです。 ビジネス用の相手先電話番号の前に6ケタの番号を付けるだけで、 仕事用にかけた料金を会社に一括請求することができます。

モバイル通話録音サービスとは

・本サービスの契約回線には「050」から始まる番号が付与されます。
・本サービスの契約回線からの発信時、「0037-690」を付与して発信することで、「050」から始まる番号を相手に通知し通話内容を録音します。また、その「050」番号へ相手先が発信した際、本サービスの契約回線に着信し、通話内容を録音します。
　※スマートフォンアプリと、よりセキュリティが高くクラウド上で電話帳管理が出来る「クラウド電話帳」（無料サービス）を準備中です。どちらも自動的に「0037-690」をダイヤルすることができます。
・通話相手先が応答した際に発着信双方に通話の録音を通知するガイダンスが流れます。
・録音された通話内容は音声ファイル化してお客様指定のサーバなどへ送信されます。
・音声ファイルはお客様指定のサーバなどに送信完了後、楽天コミュニケーションズの設備から削除されます。
