クオールおくすり手帳2.0

QRコード等の読み取りにより、かんたんにお薬情報登録が出来ます。
飲み忘れ防止の為のアラーム設定や、お薬の服薬情報と日々の体調の変化をメモとして記録することができるため、医師や薬剤師に体調を伝える際の備忘録としても活用できます。
複数の利用者を登録できるため、ご家族まとめてのお薬管理も可能です。
また、アプリに登録した情報は、クラウドサーバーで保管することができます。

【便利機能】
■おくすり登録
　・薬局店頭で受け取る「保険調剤明細書」等に印字されたQRコードを読み取りや、一般用市販薬のバーコードを読み取ることにより、お薬の情報（お薬の名前、用法等）を、アプリに手軽に取り込むことができます。
■薬剤師に見せる
　・クラウドサーバーに保管されたお薬情報を、店頭の薬剤師に共有することが出来ます。スマートフォン本体を受け渡しする必要が無いため、安心です。
※クラウドサーバーでお薬情報を保管したり、薬剤師に見せる機能をご利用になるには、ｄアカウントが必要です。（無料。au、Softbank等ドコモ以外のスマートフォンでもご利用いただけます）

【対応環境】
　・Android4.3以上のスマートフォンでご利用いただけます。
　※タブレットには対応しておりません。

【お知らせ】
＜『クオールおくすり手帳（Ver2.0.0）』をご利用の皆様へ＞
・これまでご利用の『クオールおくすり手帳（Ver.2.0.0）』で記録されたお薬手帳データを、引き続き本アプリ『クオールおくすり手帳（Ver.3.0.0）』でご利用いただくには、データの移行が必要となります。
・データ移行完了後は、これまでご利用の『クオールおくすり手帳（Ver.2.0.0）』を、アンインストールすることをお勧めいたします。

＜Ver.2.0.0からVer.3.0.0へのデータ移行方法＞
①『クオールおくすり手帳（Ver.2.0.0）』にて、「データお預かり」機能を実行し、クラウドサーバーに、アプリ内のデータを保管してください
②『クオールおくすり手帳（Ver.3.0.0）』の「設定」ボタンを選択してください
③「データお預かり設定」を選択し、「データお預かり設定画面」を開いてください
④「旧お預かりデータ移行」にて「続行」ボタンを押してください
⑤アプリ画面に「旧お預かりデータの受取が完了しました」と表示されるため「OK」ボタンを押してください。これで移行作業は完了です
※「旧お預かりデータ」の受け取り操作を行うと、クラウドサーバ上のお薬データは、受け取った旧お預かりデータ（Ver.2.0.0のデータ）に上書きされます。上書きされたクラウドサーバ上のデータを元に戻すことはできません。 By reading such as QR code, you can easily medicine information registration.

【Notice】

- So far the medicine notebook data that has been recorded in the "Qol your medicine notebook (Ver.2.0.0)" for your use, in order to use in this application "Qol your medicine notebook (Ver.3.0.0)" will continue, migration of data is required.
Data after the migration is complete, until now the "Qol your medicine notebook (Ver.2.0.0)" for your use, we recommend that you uninstall.


① in the "Qol your medicine notebook (Ver.2.0.0)", perform the function "take your data", to the cloud server, please keep the data in the app
② Please select the "Settings" button in the "Qol your medicine notebook (Ver.3.0.0)"
③ Select the "data entrusted setting", please open the "data entrusted setting screen"
Please press the "Continue" button ④ at the "old entrusted data migration"
⑤ Please press the "OK" button to be displayed as the "receipt of the old entrusted data has been completed," the app screen. Migration in this is complete
※ When you do receive operation of the "old entrusted data", medicine data on the cloud server, it is overwritten the old entrusted data received (data of Ver.2.0.0). It is not possible to restore the data on the overwritten cloud server to the original.
