【ＰＫＤ日記の機能】
１服薬設定・アラーム
　服薬している薬と服薬時間（朝・昼・夜それぞれ）の登録、服薬時刻アラームの設定ができます。
　毎日服薬チェックを記録することで、服薬状況が一目でわかります。

２毎日の記録
　カレンダーより、通院日や血圧値、体重、クレアチニン値の入力やその日の状況をメモできます。

３ＣＫＤ分類
　クレアチニン値、年齢、性別を入力すると、現在の腎臓の状態の目安がわかります。
※ ＣＫＤ分類を確認する際は、オンライン環境が必要です。


スマートフォンの動作環境としましては、
Android 4.0以上としています。
ただし、全ての機種について動作保証をするものではありません。
機種によっては、動作が不安定になることや、うまく動作しない場合があります。

1 medication setting and alarm
You can register the (morning, noon, night, respectively), to set the alarm time medication medication medicine time and you have medication.
By recording the compliance check every day, you can see at a glance medication situation.

Record of 2 daily
From the calendar, I can note of the situation of the day and input blood pressure values, and doctor's appointment, body weight, creatinine values.

3CKD classification
If you enter creatinine level, age, gender, you can see the aim of the state of the current kidney.
※ When you want to check the CKD classification, online environment is required.
