Eventouch

EventouchはNFC・スマホ・Webアプリを使ったイベント出席者管理＋情報配信システムです。

もし、あなたが勉強会などイベントの主催者なら、受付で参加者の出欠を取りながら資料を配布したり、色々と大変です。本システムを使えば、そんな作業をNFCタグに肩代わりさせることができます。

■スマホをタッチするだけで出席記録
　受付には、あなたの代わりにNFCタグを配置しましょう。イベント来場者は、受付でEventouchアプリの入ったスマホをNFCタグにタッチするだけ。すると、来場者とイベントのデータがスマホからWebサーバに送信され、誰が出席したのかを後でパソコンのブラウザから見れるようになります。

■来場者限定の非公開情報も簡単配信
　受付でタッチすると、来場者のスマホにはイベント詳細などの情報が配信されます。配信する内容は、ATND等のイベント支援サイトに登録した内容をベースに、ブラウザから自由に付け加える事ができます。配信情報は来場者のアプリでのみ閲覧可能なので、会場のWiFi設定や非公開資料のURL等、イベントサイトに公開したくない情報を伝えるのに便利です。

■ATND、Zussarなど主要イベント支援サイトと連携
　多くの場合、イベントの告知にはATNDなどの支援サイトを使っていることでしょう。本システムでは、予め管理画面でイベントを登録し、NFCタグに書き込む必要がありますが、他の支援サイトに登録済みのイベントであれば、その中から選んで登録することができます。支援サイトに登録した開催日・開催場所等の再入力は不要。
参加者に配信する情報も、支援サイトの情報と連携することができます。また、参加者もアプリから主要イベント支援サイトに登録済みのイベントを閲覧できます。(twitterアカウント・ニックネームに紐付いたイベントが対象です）
　

■■使い方
１. 主要イベント支援サイトからイベントを登録する
　　ATNDやZussarなどのイベント支援サイトから、いつも通りにイベント登録を行って下さい。

２．Eventouchに主催イベントを登録する
　　PCのブラウザから管理アプリにアクセスしてください。（http://bit.ly/eventouch）
　　１. で登録したイベント情報を元に、主催イベントを登録して下さい。
※初回アクセス時はユーザー認証（Google+を使用）が必要です。

３．主催イベントの参加者に配信したい情報を登録する
　　２. で登録した主催イベントに、イベント参加者にのみ共有したい情報を付加することができます。
　　例）イベント参加者限定の資料のURLや懇親会情報、限定サイト、イベント会場のWiFiのSSIDなど

４．NFCタグに書き込んで、受付に設置
　　Eventouchアプリを使って書き込みましょう。アプリ画面右上のメニューから「イベント管理」を選んで下さい。
　　虫眼鏡のアイコンをタップし、ブラウザでログインしたGoogleアカウントの氏名と、イベント日時を入力。
　　管理サーバに登録したイベント一覧が表示されるので、イベントを選んで書き込みます。

５．参加者へEventouchアプリの周知
　　参加者のスマホにEventouchアプリをインストールしてもらいます。
　　また、参加者名を記録する為にtwitterアカウントやATND, Zusaarなどのニックネームも
　　入力してもらいましょう。

６．受付でのタッチ
　　参加者には受付でNFCタグにタッチしてもらいます。
　　タッチするとEventouchアプリが起動し、参加者は配信した情報が見られるようになります。

７．出席者リストの閲覧
　　管理画面から、受付でタッチした参加者リストを閲覧できます。

I want to register the event from 1. Major event support site
From the event support sites such as Zussar and ATND, please register events as usual.

2. I want to register an event organized by the Eventouch
Please access the management application from a browser on a PC. (Http://bit.ly/eventouch)
Based on the event information registered in one., Please register to host events.
     ※ (using Google+) user authentication is required for first access.

3. To register the information that you want to distribute to participants sponsored event
It is possible to organized events that have been registered in two., Adding the information you want to share only in the event participants.

4. By writing to NFC tags, and installed in the reception
Let's write using Eventouch app. Select "Event Management" from the menu on the top right of the screen app.
And the name of the Google account that you tap the magnifying glass icon, you are logged in a browser, enter the event date and time.
Events registered with the management server is displayed, you can write to select the event.

5. Known Eventouch application to participants
You have to install the application on smartphone Eventouch of participants.

6. Touch at reception

7. View the attendee list
