I bought the evolv blood pressure machine I am not able to sync app I'm getting error message 6029 very bad interface should make it simpler to connect to app

Can't sync data to device after 3-5sucess sync, I need to restart my phone to be able to sync the data again.

Bought the omron m7 intelli and this app connects every time and collects the data from it , useful to have my data stored to show my GP.

It does not show up my model HEM 7321T even though it says to use app on the box.

It does not have my new machine model HEM-7320T please add it in the app

It does not support her 7321t device

BT connectivity is poor -unstable and take long time. Should allow user to manually input, note.

After update I removed phone from devices, paired again and all working perfect.

App does what it is ment for. I'm pleased with it! No complains so far.

Does not connect to LGV30, iPhone X or even iPhone 6+. With all the negative reviews since last year they should have solved this by now. Clear disregard for customer satisfaction. Evolv could have been a nice product but because this app does not work at all I would not recommend it.

Works well for me. No problems syncing. Most recent update has washed out tile colours which makes it difficult to see the white text. Please make the tile colours darker.

It did link with my Huawei 9 with no problem. My issue is that that this app won't let me send my results to a computer so that I can print results for my Doctor. Will have to hand write it all.

Doesn't work with model BP786N (HEM-7331T) even though manual and app description says it is. The reference model is not listed in the app's device list.

Won't connect to Huawei P9. So disappointed as I bought it so I could easily keep records over time.

Refuses to pair with Samsung s8+

It did not work with Omron Evolv. Other apps are working fine with the same device.

It refuses to connect with omron evolv hem 7600t-e. Purchased evolv from.amazon uk. Tried many times/ different ways to connect. Smart Bluetooth is old technology omron! Omron finally answered my queries, but were unable to solve " Bluetooth connectivity problem". I am sending my machine back for refund. At present I advise people don't buy.

Very disappointed. I purchased this unit for two reasons. Two user function & Bluetooth. Android seems to be getting the short stick. Firstly if you download TWO User data onto phone- data is not separated into two files one for each user. Secondly Cannot backup export or email data to doctors. I feel that Omron should not have made monitor open for sale until the App had been correctly set up. Seems that we all have been mislead into thinking these functions would be available. Want my money back. One year on and Omron still will not consider making it possible for Carers to have the history of two persons on the one phone. Is it so difficult to make this possible.

This app has to be one of least user friendly ones I have ever used and for one that is meant to help you with your blood pressure seems to do everything to help raise it and the company and the service is just as bad. I used to be able upload my data to my computer via Blue tooth normally without a problem, but now since an upgrade of some sort it has decided to go to wi-fi direct setting which I can't change, which won't reconize my computer even though my computer reconizes my phone. And even if you uninstall the app, don't think that changes anything either as all the data whether it be right or wrong is still in your phone ready to be uploaded into the App if you reinstall it. And why can't you just upload directly to your computer anyhow? -1star

I would prefer to use the blood pressure monitor with samsung health application instead of downloading the Omron app, I have stopped using the monitor and will not buy Omron products again, what a waste of money.

Not sure why the negative reviews. The app connected flawlessly to phone galaxy S8+. It shows your weekly and monthly averages in an easy to read chart. Top right corner of app are options to export as csv file for email tried and tested. There is also a show all option to see your individual readings. Can't fault the app other than an option to see both user profiles in the one app. Not every couple has two phones.

So much need to improve on graph and data analysis rather than just taking daily average... export not where does the csv file go on android.

Bought a blood pressure monitor (M7 Intelli IT) because the app had support for Google Fit. Well, it does support Google Fit, but not for blood pressure monitors, only for body composition monitors... Worthless.

The app does not connect on S7 and iPad 4mini Pls remove all those restrictions to allow the app work

Outrageous unnecessary permissions unconnected with function of the app. I will be deleting this app.

Can not connect at all! Not good for now!

My phone LG G3 can connect with HEM-7600T but cannot connect with HEM-7280T. Pls look at the software of 7600T and rewrite 7280T software

App doesn't set up with United States. Bluetooth wouldn't register. I paired it with my Samsung active 9 and still the app wouldn't recognize my phone even though it was already paired. I gave up and just took my bp because this app only assisted raising it more. Don't waste your time , patience or pressure on downloading.

Using this with a Samsung S8+ and it works perfectly with the Evolv. The app is well built. It works perfectly with the Bluetooth connection. Keeps a history with a chart of historical measurements. It does exactly what it was built to do so I don't understand the low ratings people give.

Just purchased a new OMRON HEM-7321T-Z but this model is not listed in Omron connect. Very disappointed as Omron Connect is useless to me and too unable to capture data via Bluetooth to my hand phone as what I intended for.

Just bought omron BP786N. Appears I cannot use your ap because on any android device I own as they are below 4.3. Why is your ap not downward compatible. All I want is to keep my bp data on line. Why not ability to input to your web site, why not a real linux ap?

The App should be able to keep blood pressure history, and separate profile for different family members, disappointed for the feature of the App.
