沖縄銀行Secure Starter

「沖縄銀行SecureStarter」（以下「本アプリ」という）は、ネットムーブ株式会社が開発し、沖縄銀行が無償で提供するアプリで、スマートフォンから沖縄銀行のインターネットバンキング（スマートフォン版）など、各種サービスを安全にご利用するためのアプリケーションです。
起動時に自動でセキュリティチェックを実施するので、ご利用端末の安全性を確認した上で、各種サービスをご利用いただくことができます。

　を保障するものではありません。
・本アプリを利用されたことより生じた、損失及び損害に関して責任を負うことはいたしかねます。
・沖縄銀行では、予告なしに本アプリの提供の中止や、改良を行う場合がございます。
・ご利用にあたっては、以下の開発元であるネットムーブ株式会社の利用規約を承諾のうえご利用ください。
　尚、本アプリをダウンロードし、インストールすることは利用規約に同意したものとみなします。

【利用規約】
１．制限事項

本アプリを逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、解読、抜粋すること、その他リバース・エンジニアリングを行うことはできません。
本アプリを商行為（レンタル・疑似レンタル行為や第三者への販売等）に使用することはできません。
本アプリを複製、改変および第三者への頒布、公表等の行為をすることはできません。

２．権利の帰属

本アプリの原著作権は、開発元であるネットムーブ株式会社（以下「当社」という）と、株式会社NSHCに帰属します。

３．保証および責任の範囲

本アプリのダウンロード・導入はお客様の責任において行っていただきます。
当社は、本アプリがお客様の要望にかなうものであること、本アプリの操作に障害が発生しないこと、および、本アプリの内容に誤りがないことを保証 するものではありません。

当社は、本アプリの使用により生じた、いかなる損失及び損害について当社の予見可能性の有無を問わず、一切の責任を負う事はありません。

４．本アプリの使用期間

あらかじめ表示した期限の満了前であっても、いつでも本アプリの使用を終了することができるものとします。
事前の予告なしに本アプリの使用を一時的または長期的に停止または中止にすることがあります。

お客様が本規約の記載内容に違反した場合は、本アプリの使用を中止させることが出来るものとします。

５．その他

事前の予告なしに本アプリを改良、変更することがあります。
