このアプリケーションをお使いいただくことで、当社カラー複合機、MC863, MC883で何かしらのエラーが発生した場合、それらエラーに対する対処方法を簡単にお調べいただけます。

また、エラー以外でも、印刷ができなくなった、ネットワークがつながらない、というようなトラブルの対処方法や、消耗品の交換方法などもお調べいただけます。

なお、このアプリケーションは、MC863, MC883をお持ちのお客様向けのアプリケーションです。
他の複合機モデルや他社製複合機ではご利用になれません。

[ 機能概要 ]
●　装置エラーを対処
MC863, MC883で何かしらのエラーが発生している場合、以下の操作でそのエラーに対する対処方法を簡単にお調べいただけます。
１　装置パネルで「困ったときには」　＞　「その他の問題を対処」　＞　「スマホ・PCで解決する」と進み、接続コードを取得します。
２　本アプリを起動し、「装置エラーを対処」を選び、接続コードを入力して進みます。画面に装置で発生しているエラーと対処方法が表示されます。

●　調べて解決
印刷ができなくなった、ネットワークがつながらない、というようなトラブルの対処方法や、消耗品の交換方法などもお調べいただけます。
調べたいことのキーワードやカテゴリを入力して検索します。

●　画質のトラブル診断
MC863,MC883では本機能は使用しません。
