アップデート後、クーポンを開くのに時間がかかりすぎて使えません

Another badly-written update. This one doesn't even start 80% of the time.

Updated app and now I cannot log in even though it says i am logged in. Cannot use coupons if you are not logged in.

English app name pls for non-Japanese environments

Hard to use the app. No help to translate to English and registration got problem with address code.

Every time I try to view the coupons, the app closes. As a result, we don't go to McDonald's (3 kids).

メール送っても返信来ない

何度試みても通信エラーになってクーポンが使用できない。おまけにポテトの無料クーポンが通信エラー後に消滅。せっかくマクドナルドに行ったのに。最悪です！ムカついたので帰りました。

何回空メール送ってもメール来ない、使えない！

メニューの商品情報が見れなくなった。カロリーとか知りたいのに、、、便利だったのに、、。改善求む。

起動すらしてないのに停止しました、とポップアップがでる。しかも何度も。その度にスマホが少しの間止まるのでストレス。再起動してもアップデートしても直らない

なるべくクーポン使わせないようにする戦略上手い。これなら業績回復するわ。顧客に不評でも高給もらえるマックにおれも入りたい!!

(1) Only Japanese. (2) Intrusive and pointless login. (3) Network problems. (4) GPS problems and bad searching. Basically a nuisance app. Not a positive point that its main "virtue" is minimizing customer interaction with the McJob people. It makes me feel like the McJobbies already have a bad enough job without this app making it worse. I didn't give it one star only because it doesn't sink to that one-star level of terribleness. (The new registration almost got me to uninstall it. I absolutely do NOT want a more personal relationship with McDonald's.)

Standing in line at McDonald's, I started the app, then was told I had to update the app, otherwise I couldn't use it. Then, Google Play tells me my device isn't compatible with this version. Strange, it was compatible last week. Needless to say, I didn't eat at McDonald's today, and I won't be eating there anytime soon. There are so many reasons NOT to eat at McDonald's. Here's another one.

This app keeps stopping when the phone language setting is English. I sent some inquiries to McDonald's about this issue, but they never responded. Poor customer service...

I use the Outlook app, but cannot login without setting up a different email app. I do not want to setup a specific app just to log into another. This app used to be easy. I removed it from my phone and found that I go to McDonald's less often as a result.

This app is too difficult to use. As a result, I rarely eat at McDonald's anymore. I used to go once a week. Now it's maybe every two months.
