Adding to our long track record of developing high-powered tabbed browsers for both desktop and iOS, we now bring you iLunascape for Android OS.
Building on our research into what constitutes comfortable use of an Android device, we have developed a powerful but light portable desktop-style tabbed browser for the latest Android OS, with a unique InReach interface which places tabs and menus at the bottom, within easy reach of your hand. iLunascape makes your Android browsing a breeze!
◆A fresh take on the interface - “InReach”
You might have noticed that existing browsers force you to move your hand all over the screen. That’s not only uncomfortable and inefficient while balancing the device, it makes the screen so dirty! With iLunascape’s unique InReach interface, you can navigate and control most actions with minimal movement, as tabs and most menus are located at the bottom of the screen, allowing your fingers instant access without having to move your hand.

◆Browse offline - Save as Page
Want to view your favorite web page on the subway where there’s no internet connection? iLunascape makes this possible through several saving functions, allowing you to save pages as .htm or .jpg to look at later - whenever, wherever, even when you’re offline. Otherwise it wouldn’t be a truly mobile browser, would it?
・Save Page: Save the current page as an .htm file in Files.
・Capture Screen: Take a screen shot and save it in Files. You can also copy it to your Photo Album or upload it to Dropbox for sharing.
・Save Image: Hold an image to save in Files. You can also copy it to your Photo Album or upload it to Dropbox for sharing.
◆Social Networks Integration
Don’t be fooled by iLunascape’s simple look - it’s loaded with features! iLunascape integrates a number of popular third party apps such as Twitter, Facebook, Dropbox, and Read It Later, to give you the best web experience wherever you are.

◆Real Tabbed Browsing
・Have up to 6 tabs open at the same time

・Restore tabs from the last session when the browser is launched [ON by default]; turn this option OFF to open the home page on launch

・Bookmark Manager: Turn on Edit mode and simply drag the bookmarks in the order you want them.

・User Agent switch: Let your iLunascape browser be recognized as IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera or Lunascape. With this setting you can enjoy the same page layout on your Android device as on your desktop computer.

We introduce the first seal-in browser in the world. When "Norton Secured Seal" is displayed on the address bar, it signifies that the website is secure.
◆Online Bookmarks
Thanks to the compatibility of online bookmarks in iLunascape with Firefox sync, you can sync your bookmarks with your Lunascape or Firefox browser on a PC.

800 MHz Samsung M910 2010 Plays Youtube etc NO ADS but much slower than opera and cannot turn off images or change font size for 3" screen. Opera. No longer supports this OS so will use Luna where needed. Opera can afford servers to preprocess pages. Uses 3X the RAM of opera to process pages and my phone has 256MB. Small apk. Thanks for os 2.2 support and no ads.

Very pretty browser, yet awfully slow. Questionable default search engine. Duckduckgo or StartPage are superior search engines minus tracking, snares and snake pits. Cannot import bookmarks from other browsers, rendering this app useless.

Es fragt unbegründet dauernd meinen Standort per GPS ab. Der Suchanbieter ist nicht wechselbar und die App sendet fragwürdig sehr viele Daten nach Hause. Es gibt auch dahingehend keine Optionen. Sehr fragwürdigen Datenschutz in der App. Und wieder gelöscht.

I use Lunascape as my main browser on my PC. It's by far the best I've tried, and I've had it for years. I had high hopes for the mobile version, but I can see no similarities between the two. It's awkward to use, and it drops out quite often. I'll stick with it to see if it improves and gets more intuitive.

I can say a lot of good things about this browser. But right now I'm frustrated because I'm trying to submit a bug report and your forum is giving me trouble signing in. On the home page I can't paste text in the search box unless I enter some text first. Please examine this.

But it drops out A LOT when I'm browsing & goes to my homescreen. I would like to save pics to my phone, but it won't let me & you can only change the settings to allow this on iPhones. Also it would be nice to be able to save individual bookmarks to the desktop.

This one is actually quite good. It's customisable without all the unnecessary (IMO) frills, is small & doesn't have ads. It doesn't drop out every 2 secs like Chrome (the awful default browser on my phone). The only things I can suggest to make it even better are to be able to save bookmarks to the desktop, to be able to save pics directly to phones (that aren't iPhones) from websites & to be able to go to the website featuring a picture found in image searching.

User agent is awful! Please fix! Uninstalling! Useragent still doesn't work properly. Update** user agent still sucks!!!!!!! ***update, useragent STILL DOESN'T WORK!!!!!! 03/14/13......... 6/16/2013 still bad useragent settings. I guess they don't listen to "our" suggestions! After most recent update, Useragent still doesn't work! Still adding to your long track record of crap.

Your research told you you this was a "comfortable" android experience? There isn't even a full screen mode. The ui is too cluttered but there are some good things about it. And it is very stable which is always a plus and saving websites as html documents will be good once I figure out which sites it works on

It worked Good at 1st. Web sites were quick to load. Scrolling was fast and blogs fit the screen. One drawback: when I entered a contest and tapped on the submit button, it wouldn't work! I couldn't enter the contest. Especially when I would've got more entries, by entering my Twitter, and Facebook etc. accounts!!

... opening pages. Non busy interface and setting options, can easily be learned. Pity it can just open 6 tabs/pages at one time (deliberately made so). Also gave wrong results when searching from within a website's internal search box, and when you scroll down before the page finishes loading, it will scroll back to top after. Annoying. Ads at each page opened.
