クロネコメンバーズの場合、お荷物のお受け取り日・時間帯を変更することができます。
クロネコポイントの申請を行うことができます。

【再配達受付】
［ご不在連絡票をお持ちの方］は、
二次元コードをスキャンして、
（１）ドライバーに直接電話して再配達依頼
（２）アプリでらくらく再配達依頼
［ご不在連絡票をお持ちでない方］も、
伝票番号を入力して、アプリでらくらく再配達依頼ができます。

【宅急便店頭受取りサービス】
お客様のご指定した場所（当社営業所・コンビニなど）で、ご都合の良い時間に
お荷物を受け取ることができます。
※クロネコメンバーズのお客様向けサービスです。

【らくらく送り状発行サービス】
送り状を作成する際に、アプリで事前に記載する情報（お届け先、ご依頼主、品名など）を入力して発行予約しておくと、お近くのヤマト運輸の営業所などに設置している店頭端末「ネコピット」から印字した送り状をらくらく発行できます。
