京葉銀行

「京葉銀行スマートフォン専用アプリ」は、『インターネットバンキング』などのサービスを安全・便利にご利用いただくためのアプリケーションです。
本アプリ起動時に、自動でセキュリティチェックが行なわれますので、ご利用端末の安全性を確認した上でサービスを利用することができます。
また本アプリでは、ワンタイムパスワード(ソフトウェアトークン)をご利用いただけます。(お申込みが必要です。)

[セキュリティチェックの内容]
　・ＯＳ安全性のチェック（ＯＳが第三者に不正利用されていないか）
　・悪性コードのチェック（ウィルスに感染していないか）
　・システム脆弱性のチェック（不正な通信を許す状態に陥っていないか）

[注意事項]
本アプリは、ネットムーブ株式会社が開発し、京葉銀行が無償で提供しているアプリケーションです。
本アプリをダウンロードし、インストールすることは以下の利用条件に同意したものとみなします。
京葉銀行は、本アプリを利用されたことにより生じた損失及び損害に関して責任を負うことは致しかねます。
また、京葉銀行は予告なしに本アプリの提供を停止することがあります。
ご利用にあたっては、以下のネットムーブ株式会社の利用規約をお読みください。

【利用規約】
京葉銀行アプリケーション（以下「本ソフトウェア」という）をダウンロードする前に、必ず下記の条件をお読みください。ダウンロードされた時点 で、下記利用条件をご承諾いただいたものといたします。ご承諾いただけない場合はすみやかに本ソフトウェアを破棄してください。
１．制限事項
本アプリを逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、解読、抜粋すること、その他リバース・エンジニアリングを行うことはできません。
本アプリを商行為（レンタル・疑似レンタル行為や第三者への販売等）に使用することはできません。
本アプリを複製、改変および第三者への頒布、公表等の行為をすることはできません。
２．権利の帰属
本アプリの原著作権は、開発元であるネットムーブ株式会社（以下「当社」という）と、株式会社NSHCに帰属します。
３．保証および責任の範囲
本アプリのダウンロード・導入はお客様の責任において行っていただきます。
当社は、本アプリがお客様の要望にかなうものであること、本アプリの操作に障害が発生しないこと、および、本アプリの内容に誤りがないことを保証 するものではありません。
当社は、本アプリの使用により生じた、いかなる損失及び損害について当社の予見可能性の有無を問わず、一切の責任を負う事はありません。
４．本アプリの使用期間
あらかじめ表示した期限の満了前であっても、いつでも本アプリの使用を終了することができるものとします。
事前の予告なしに本アプリの使用を一時的または長期的に停止または中止にすることがあります。
お客様が本規約の記載内容に違反した場合は、本アプリの使用を中止させることが出来るものとします。
５．その他
事前の予告なしに本アプリを改良、変更することがあります。
