I have a strong conviction that this application will be fantastic. Just needed a little bug fix and it will be second to none. Got it downloaded and perfectly installed on my Infinix hot 4 smart phone. All registration procedures correctly done. However, backups severally failed. All attempts to back up to cloud persistently failed while doing the upload. Hope you will look into this and fix this issue in your next update very soon. Thank you and God bless.

I had to wipe my phone (Samsung Galaxy S6 Active) so I used JS Backup to backup all of my SMS and music playlists (86 playlists in total). After wiping the phone I restored SMS and playlists. It restored all SMS conversations, EXCEPT it didn't include ANY of my SMS, only SMS from my recipients. It couldn't completely restore any of the playlists: as soon as the restore process completed, all of the playlists disappeared from Playlists directory on my phone. I tried it several time and every time it was the same.

Did a great job once I figured out that the apps could not be on the SD card. Only thing that app doesn't do is the APPS themselves. Add this and you will be at five stars

I am using this app to backup my phone data including apps in SD card. I found best results from this app but after formatting of my phone I was unable to recover my previous data because we didn't have js backup app in my phone and we are unable to recover the js backup app from my SD card so I think that a feature should be add that give me an option to install the js backup from its backup data in the absence of it.

My go to app to back up all my text, data, apps apk when I board and flash a new custom rim on my S4. So far all new versions of the galaxy look a like just a bit bigger screen so instead of buying a new hardware. I just flash a rom of the update or hybrid. I'm currently trying out wicked x for S4 it's a hybrid of the note4, s5,S6, and it has many thems. Hey I can even make it look like the new iOS6. LOL. Nice app to have if your a custom Rommer like me.
