Next Co., Ltd. have some of the best online tech in the Japanese real estate industry and this app is testament to that. The notification system based on prior search criteria is very helpful. A shame the app is not available in English but a good first step would be translating the menu heirarcy to make it easier for English speakers to search for properties.

Good design and generally pretty usable when it's working, but crashes very frequently on my Nexus 5 with Android 5.0.1. Quite annoying as it could be a really good app for real estate search if it was a bit more stable
