ぶらり東松山は、「やきとり」「食」「ショッピング」「宿・温泉」「知る・見る・体験」「花・自然・公園」「イベント」などをテーマにした情報やクーポン（予定）などを、GPSと連動した地図上から探すことができます。
情報や特典は、プッシュ通知（自動的にスマートフォンに送られてくるお知らせ通知）により、現在地付近の情報や特典が届くことがあり、通知をもらうかどうかは任意に設定画面でテーマごとや一括で選択できます。
