I've been looking for a good and free kegal app for years. I don't know where this app has been but I thought I would have to make one. People saying it's weak or basic THINK they know kegal, but probably don't. Rest is SO important in kegal while people tend to focus mainly on tightening. Too much tightening and, or the use of devices can hurt you, and have an opposite result of what your shooting for. This is perfectly balanced; also, having breathing, rests, with long and short exercises
