[Description]
"SmartPassLock NFC" is a security lock screen application using the NFC (Near field communication).
You can protect the device which you are using from a malicious third party.
[Basic usage]
1. After installation, initial setup starts, and you register IC cards ("Suica", "nanaco", "Edy" and so on).
2. After you check that NFC is ON, the device is locked when device is in sleep mode.
3. The lock screen appears when you push the power button, and you can unlock it by touching it with the registered IC card.
You can register some IC cards ("Suica", "nanaco" and so on). You can prepare spare IC cards just in case that you lose the registered IC card, You can share the devices only among the people who are permitted to use them.
You can add the registration upper limit by buying Add-on.
[Monitoring mode]
In addition to the normal mode, there is the Monitoring mode. While the monitoring mode is working, When Monitoring mode is enabled, "fake" pattern lock is displayed on lock screen.
If someone tries to unlock it, photos are secretly taken by the front camera to identify them.
The photos are saved in Gallery application.
On the Monitoring mode, you can unlock the device by touching it with a registered IC card like a normal mode.
[Precautions]
- This application locks your devices strongly. You cannot unlock the devices without registered IC cards ("Suica", "nanaco" and so on).
Please note that if you lose all of the registered IC cards, you cannot use your devices any more. We recommend registration multiple IC card.
*You can set up an alternative password just in case you lose IC cards. Please note that if you lose all of the registered IC cards and an alternative password, there is no way to rescue from the condition!
- Devices cannot be locked when Airplane mode is ON or NFC is OFF.
- Some of devices do not let NFC work while they are being charged.

There needs to be a full featured paid version... the features you buy in the app go away when you uninstall and having to pay again is not acceptable.

I like the idea of this app with Smart Unlock being removed, however when setting up this app it works, but as soon as you go back into the app and come back out the icon disappears and the featured is removed leaving device open for anyone to look at.

This is a great simple app for unlocking the screen with a NFC band, and I could sing praises all day! However, when I press the home button on my phone, in an app it works, on another screen of my home page it doesn't work! Hopefully this will be fixed in a later version.

It fails, and you cannot setup another NFC tag or an alternate password unless you pay for both options!!! So... I was scared to death my phone were blocked for ever. One Pro version, with all the features... ok. No possibility of using an alternate password and rely ALL the chances on One and only NFC Tag...epic fail my friend. BIG security problem. At least the alternate pass should be free, just not to be locked out.

I attached an NFC tag to my Sony Smartwatch black silicone strap with black heat shrink and use this app to unlock quickly and unobtrusively. I've attached a second tag to the inside of my belt as a second option, using Gorilla (duct) tape. One niggle: the alternative PIN unlock, which always comes up, doesn't always enable the keyboard (SlideIt). It works after a switching the screen on/off a few times. A quick action to camera option without having to go through the unlock procedure will be nice to have.

It seemed like a good idea until I found the half the time it fails, shuts down, and leaves your phone completely unlocked without warning. Also there is absolutelyno way to use it on multiple devices. Badly thought out and poor execution. Waste of money.

It seemed to be a very nice application until I realized it blocked notifications from applications (WhatsApp, Pushbullet, you name it)... For this reason I had to uninstall this application...

It unlocks your device using an NFC tag. But it locks your device everytime you push the power button. Even though I've set the settings for my phone to lock 2 minutes after sleeping. I wish it would follow that security setting.

Any USB connection gives instant disk access unlike the stock lock screen. Otherwise ok.

I am very impressed with this app. Works perfect on my Nexus 7. Can only give 3 stars for lack of support for Nexus 4. Would def change the rating if it were added.

Quick to set up, very clean ui and no misleading permissions. You can turn the app on/off at your choice, so you can disable it whilst at home and then enable it whilst at work etc. Although it doesn't state in details this app is compatible with the Yubikey Neo.

It has locked my tablet and I have just had to boot into safe mode to delete this app. I cannot unlock it because the dialog to select the program to handle NFC pops up and no matter what I do, I cannot get this infernal program to unlock my tablet. DO NOT use this if you have any other apps that work with or use NFC. (You cannot set a default app like you can with say, text files) DO NOT use this with a blank NFC card. (New tag dialog will block passing of information to the app)
