第三銀行

第三銀行のスマートフォン専用アプリ「Secure Starter」は、スマートフォンから第三銀行のダイレクトバンキング（スマートフォン版）などを安全にご利用いただくためのアプリです。
アプリの起動時に自動でセキュリティチェックを行いますので、ご利用端末の安全性を確認したうえでダイレクトバンキングなどの各種サービスをご利用いただけます。

・悪性コード（ウイルス）のチェック
・システム脆弱性のチェック

本アプリは、ネットムーブ株式会社が開発し、第三銀行が提供するアプリです。

本アプリケーションをダウンロードし、インストールすることは利用規約に同意したものとみなします。


【利用規約】

第三銀行アプリケーション（以下「本ソフトウェア」という）をダウンロードする前に、必ず下記の条件をお読みください。ダウンロードされた時点 で、下記利用条件をご承諾いただいたものといたします。ご承諾いただけない場合はすみやかに本ソフトウェアを破棄してください。

１．制限事項

本アプリを逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、解読、抜粋すること、その他リバース・エンジニアリングを行うことはできません。
本アプリを商行為（レンタル・疑似レンタル行為や第三者への販売等）に使用することはできません。
本アプリを複製、改変および第三者への頒布、公表等の行為をすることはできません。

２．権利の帰属

本アプリの原著作権は、開発元であるネットムーブ株式会社（以下「当社」という）と、株式会社NSHCに帰属します。

３．保証および責任の範囲

本アプリのダウンロード・導入はお客様の責任において行っていただきます。
当社は、本アプリがお客様の要望にかなうものであること、本アプリの操作に障害が発生しないこと、および、本アプリの内容に誤りがないことを保証 するものではありません。

当社は、本アプリの使用により生じた、いかなる損失及び損害について当社の予見可能性の有無を問わず、一切の責任を負う事はありません。

４．本アプリの使用期間

あらかじめ表示した期限の満了前であっても、いつでも本アプリの使用を終了することができるものとします。
事前の予告なしに本アプリの使用を一時的または長期的に停止または中止にすることがあります。

お客様が本規約の記載内容に違反した場合は、本アプリの使用を中止させることが出来るものとします。

５．その他

事前の予告なしに本アプリを改良、変更することがあります。
