I received the miku dreams of electric sheep ep card and it doesn't seem to work. It won't scan the qr code or allow manual entry of the code. When the code is enter it stated file information can't be found. When entered online on a pc it gives code has expired. Not the first time this has happened. Would be a great app if these error issues could be solved

I just recently received the Ny Miku Expo blu-Ray and tried downloading the songs. It says i got an error code. Probably because i activated it on the website itself sadly. If any possible way to help, it would be much appreciated. Already contacted SONOCA on the website as well for assistance. Code provided. Please help? Thank you.

I have 'downloaded' the songs from Hatsune Miku EXPO, but they are now showing up. I have backed them up and and tried restoring but nothing shows up. Help would be much appreciated. *EDIT* I just shifted some giles around on my phone and all of my songs showed up
