Canon Online Photo Album

I got a new phone (s7 edge) and installed this and I must say it is awful. The older version on my other phone worked just fine and I loved it. On this version however, it literally scrolls a tenth of my screen at a time. So I can no longer get to a lot of my photos. Instead, I would spend close to 20mins and wear out my thumb each time I look for a photo. It's just goddamn awful.

Worthless. Signed up. To validate, used the password I gave. It thinks its wrong. I reset it. I typed it in. It thinks it's wrong. You cannot register with the sllooooooowwwww Canon site and that renders this pathetic app useless. So sorry I bought a Canon. They used to be good but in recent years are pretty bad.

I knew better than to buy a Canon. This app is awful! They might say they fixed the scroll issue but nope! I will be printing what little pictures actually came out on my camera tomorrow and promptly returning the camera and uninstalling any Canon app. Seriously wish I had read the reviews first! Sticking with my Nikons from here. He'll the last Wi-Fi camera in bad was a Fuji and that was 1000% better than this!

This app connects Android to Canon photoshare site. To get pix from the camera requires to create a login to the site with Canon camera serial number and misc personal info. Then connect camera to website via wifi to upload pix to site, then get pix from site. All this just to get pix from Canon camera to smottfone.

I recently got an HTC 10 and I can't scroll through my library. The screen moves a tiny bit, it takes forever to get anywhere. I had no problem with my HTC M8. It's REALLY frustrating.

I keep getting the error and it takes me right back to the log in page. This is stupid...

Waste. What is canon upto. This app doesn't even support canon's own connect station. What a Shame canon

Can you just allow the owner of the camera to get his pictures. The most user UNFRIENDLY software. I'm returning the camera and finding a fugi or Kodak or nikon.

Tried living in using my gmail and it keeps saying it wrong even though I know it's not I was super disappointed

I could not even get into this app because it will not accept my email. Keeps telling me that my email is incorrect!

Good app but when downloaded onto samsung phones is very slow when scrolling through pics.

It is great if it works and I tried to use my Canon PowerShot camera to transfer it on my mobile phone.it worked first time using WiFi network and second time I couldn't transfer.for which I could not understand.

I tried to upload the Videos from my camcorder, it says in the manual it can but in Reality all it uploads is photos which it can even mange to achieve, this app is not helpful

Quite slow, too sad, videos can't be played. Huh!

.... there was no gray bar across the screen saying Canon Online Photo Album and the status bar was hidden in full screen view mode. Those two obstacles take all the pleasure away from enjoying looking through photographs in full screen mode. This app is useless for me now.

App will not connect. Always says "communication error - try again later". The main reason I bought the Canon SX 610 HS is to connect to my phone, And it doesn't work. Waste of Money. Canon... sort it out!

On my ipad it's works fine but on my phone it just says failed to log in please retry. I've done this for a few days now and still got nowhere

I love this app it is a great app to add photos to from my camera to my phone and the only problem I have is that sometimes it says commutations error please try again later please fix it then it will be a great app

Absolutely awful. I don't recommend the Canon Digital Ixus camera as the instructions are dreadful

I want to make a stopmotion and upload it to youtube. Should I put the name in the description or will it pop up in the photos????

It's an ok app

Works fine on my Nexus 7 Tablet, and online through my Windows 10 desktop. But on my large Huawei Android phone will not log in to the photo album. Just takes me in circles asking me to log in over again and then advising me to download the app...which is already downloaded. Weird and frustrating. Canon...can you help?

I used to download photos no problem. Now my viper wont let me on the web sight even had to change pass word. Guess will just have to invert from S/d card., which is just as fast . TO MUGH HASSLE.

Thought this app would let me view all pics i ve upoaded from my camera, but it wasnt that way.
