横浜銀行が提供する公式アプリです。
「横浜銀行口座開設アプリ」は、運転免許証をスマートフォンで撮影し、必要な情報とともに送信することで口座開設のお申し込みが完結するスマートフォンアプリです。

■ご利用になれる方
以下の条件をすべて満たす方。
・横浜銀行本支店の近隣にお住まいまたは勤務されている個人の方。
・運転免許証をお持ちで横浜銀行に普通預金口座をお持ちでない満18歳以上70歳以下の方
※事業を営むためのお取り引き、屋号のある名義はお申し込みになれません。
※運転免許証の氏名にアルファベットがある方はお申し込みになれません。
※運転免許証の有効期限切れ、住所・氏名変更手続き未了など、本人確認書類として無効な運転免許証は受け付けできません。
※当行の総合的な判断により、口座開設をお断りする場合があります。

■口座開設希望店について
口座開設可能な店舗は、お客さまのお住まいの住所もしくは勤務先等の住所の近隣店舗となります。
※お住まいもしくは勤務先等の近隣に店舗がない場合は、ご利用になれません。
※田町支店・品川支店・五反田駅前支店・恵比寿支店・名古屋支店・大阪支店はご指定になれません。

■お申込内容
本サービスでは、総合口座（普通預金） のほか、インターネットバンキング〈はまぎん〉マイダイレクトの同時申し込みとなります。

■ご利用方法
（１）アプリをインストール

（２）運転免許証の撮影

（３）お客さま情報の入力・送信

（４）お申し込み完了後、1～2週間程度で佐川急便の「受取人確認サポート」にて通帳をお申し込みのご自宅住所に送付します。
※通帳をお受け取りの際には、運転免許証により本人確認をさせていただきます。お申し込み内容と相違している場合は通帳をお渡しできませんので、ご注意ください。

（５）通帳送付時に同封されている印鑑届にご署名・ご捺印のうえ、返信用封筒で横浜銀行までご返送ください。
※窓口（店頭）でのお振り込みやご出金、口座振替のお申し込みなど、お届け印の捺印が必要なお取り引きをするには、ご印鑑のお届けが必要です。

（６）通帳をお受け取りになり、当行所定の「本人確認事項の確認手続き（通帳受取確認）」が完了した後、キャッシュカード、〈はまぎん〉マイダイレクト「ご契約カード」をお届けのご自宅住所にお送りします。
