Ugh - they broke the app again! You can't choose the app language any more! If your phone is set to English system language, you can't choose Japanese language or book in Japanese currency (and I live in Japan and have their gold card!). All flights appear priced in GBP! Do these guys ever do any usability testing with non-Japanese people? Do they realise not everyone in Japan is Japanese? Read up on some international UI standards for heaven's sake! Some Japanese residents don't speak Japanese (I can but...) and want to pay in yen!

App must be improved, it keeps asking my log in details every time I try to go back to the main page... Sooo annoying

Won't accept aeroplan number for international flights

Pretty bad app. Just to find your flight status you have too fill out a form when the confirmation number should only be needed. Seriously, it not 1990s anymore It also doesn't know the difference between domestic and international. Two separate forms. Error message is not helpful. Really crude and clunky. Not​ the work of professionals.

The older Japanese version was great. Why changed to this very basic English version??!!

Doesn't save barcode info once you pass through security and cloae the app. I find that feature to be extremelly annoying and stupid. Also, the app is quite slow when used in low bandwidth situation.

Doesn't save booking details on offline mode, how can I check next flight on the plane, if it needs to be on line?

The latest update was bad and I couldn't book flights through the app like I used to. I had to go on to the website and stuff... Wasn't a nice update.

What a regression! Please go back to the previous version, far more useful. The parameterization option disappeared. There is no way to change the language. I don't want English to be the default, and only one, language. Very disappointing app.

there are still problems but much improved comparing with before. One request i wanna you to strongly improve is tha this app and milage club app should be integrated into one.

This app isn't much more than a glorified webview/iFrame. Pretty buggy as well.

Many options are not available in English which are in Japanese version e.g. domestic flight in Japan :-(

First of all what the hell does "for an older version" mean? that's not helpful at all. secondly, there's no function to book domestic flight

Won't remember member numbers and stay logged in. Won't properly generate checkin status. Awful.

I've used this airline and each time the service was always impeccable.

Crap app, everything is just opening an embedded ugly browser. Even flight tracking is opening the embedded browser. No functionality at all.

Let's deal with one thing first - yes, I speak Japanese. And I'm using it in Japanese. Why no domestic flight booking if you select English? Chinese? Korean? It's only static content, and not difficult to translate the airport names...
