ライケアノート LICARE NOTE（評価版）

『ライケアノート』は、健康管理と増進を目的に、シニアの方にも使い易い『メッセージコミュニケーション機能』と、『健康手帳（マイカルテ）機能』を備えたアプリです。

＜機能紹介＞
1. メッセージコミュニケーション機能
(1) 個人間メッセージ送受信機能（選択肢返信ボタン付）
一般的なメッセージ送受信機能に加え、送信者が選択肢付きの問いかけメッセージを送信することもできるので、文字入力が難しいと感じるシニアでも簡単に返信操作ができ、コミュニケーションを楽に行うことができます。シニアとのコミュニケーションを大切に考えているご家族の方や、ケアマネージャー、医療機関や介護施設など、簡単にご利用頂くことができます。

(2) 事業者、団体、商店街からのお知らせメッセージ通知機能
地域の医療機関や介護施設、自治体や事業者から健康支援情報・優待サービス・イベント等のお役立ち情報を受信することができます。
事前に連絡帳の登録が必要です。

(3) 病院、診療所の診察順番お呼び出し機能
診察等の順番通知を受け取ることが可能です。
※医療機関が、本サービスを導入している必要があります。全国の医療機関へ富士通ユーザを中心に推進中

(4) 健康チェック機能（もの忘れ・生活状態）、家族見守り通知機能
現在『川崎市ウェルフェアイノベーション公募型研究開発事業』として、「富士通株式会社」と共同で、日本医科大学武蔵小杉病院「街ぐるみ認知症相談センター」の協力を得て、H27年8月から『シニア健康支援モバイルサービスのモニター検証』を実施中です。実施期間はH27年12月末までの予定です。

2. 健康手帳（マイカルテ）機能
(1) 防災メモ
緊急連絡先や既往症、かかりつけ医などの情報を端末内に登録しておくことで、災害時や、自分が倒れた時、医療従事者への情報伝達やご家族への連絡を可能にします。

(2) からだの履歴書
日頃から、かかった病気やケガなどの記録をつけて、医療機関への受診時に、医師に伝えることができます。
このことが医療サービスの質向上にも繋がります。

(3) お薬手帳
処方箋QRコード（JAHIS）を読み込む（又は手入力する）ことで記録していくことができる、シンプルな無料のお薬手帳です。常にお薬手帳を持ち歩く方は少ないと思います。災害時のみならず、旅先などで初めて訪れる薬局で市販のお薬を購入する時などでも、現在服用されているお薬を相手に知らせることができます。

(4) 通院手帳
