ご利用の際、何か気になる事がございましたら以下の項目も合わせて記載の上ご連絡いただければ幸いでございます

①ご使用のスマートフォンのメーカー・機種

②ご利用のスマートフォンのandroidのバージョン
※基本的にはどの端末も以下の手順でご確認いただけるかと思います
　　1.スマートフォンのHOME画面から「設定」もしくは「端末設定」「システム設定」のいずれかを選択してください
2.androidの設定画面が表示されますので「端末情報」をタップしてください
　　3.Androidバージョンの項目がございますのでそこに記載されている数値（4.0.4など・・）をご確認ください

③症状につきましてご教示ください（以下のいずれかに当てはまりますでしょうか？）
　1.アイコンをタップした後のTOP画面も起動しない
　2.TOP画面は起動するが、４択機能で動かなくなる
　　　①4択機能のレベル選択画面は表示できるがレベルを選択するとその先が動かない
　　　②クイズが表示されるが答えを選択・もしくは次へ進むをタップすると動かない
　　　③クイズの回答は可能で１０問答えた後、サマリー画面へ移動せず固まってしまう
　　　④クイズの回答は可能で１０問答えた後、サマリー画面は表示されるがサマリー画面から他画面へ移動ができない
3.４択機能以外で動かない

１．矢印で学ぶ

ハングルの母音「ㅏ」「ㅑ」は→,「ㅓ」「ㅕ」は←,「ㅗ」「ㅛ」は↑,「ㅜ」「ㅠ」は↓で効率よく頭に叩き込みましょう。

下地をなぞってライティングスキルをUP。
