A&D Connect for Android
Just bought the A&D Medical to check my blood pressure. It works. Readings are off slightly each time but close enough to each other. The app however doesn't sync my readings. I tried 4 times and nothing. I had to manually enter one reading after trying several times to sync. It stated in the app and I pulled it down to refresh that it synced but no data showed up. Get this fixed.

Created account, received confirmation email, tried logging in, advises me that I'm entering wrong user name or password. Reset password. Same tango: invalid user name or password. This is pathetic and consistent with just about every review I've read. Response to request to waste my time talking to your tech support: Your sorry excuse for an app allows me to create a password with a special character (%) both on the app and online during the password reset process, but your system does not like special characters. The problem I reported went away when I reset my password without the special character.
This is a great app but it crashes whenever I want to look at weight history. Please fix this!
Don't work with S7 Edge
It does not connect with my phone, it just says it can not be paired.
Can't even log in!
Will not connect to GS8 at all, the device shows Paired but the app does nothing but sit on the screen like it's trying to connect.
It shows that it syncs but when I step on the scale it says the user number and registered number don't match...very frustrating

Couldn't get to synch. Asked tech support for suggestions. Was told to keep redoing steps that were not working. Told them not worth the headache

I am trying this app again. Couldn't get it to sync, I was a tester, never got my money for testing. But, got a free monitor.

It will not connect to my Bluetooth so I'm unable to track my weight. What is up with that. That is the whole reason I bought the scale, so is that a problem with your scale?
Purchased uc-350ble, downloaded this and attempted to pair with my Samsung s7. Simply will not pair. Get device not available or can't communicate. Checked phone and android compatibility, not the problem. Tried two different s7 's and a tablet, same result. Phone blue tooth Finds the scale, but will NOT pair. Buyer beware,
Happy with the app. Can send readings from my blood Pressure to the app. Could do better on the User look and feel.
I bought the UC 350BLE to monitor my weight through diet and exercise. My wife and I were both going to use the scale, but I never received an email for setup. There is not even a way to request the email be resent. Then I tried to contact someone for help in the app and the proceed button doesn't work. You just stare at your message.
Keep getting an Error 10 when it tries to connect to my phone and there's no way to input the numbers manually. Tech support was useless as well. You're better off going with another brand.
Update: A&D were nice enough to replace my UA-651BLE with a newer version. It now works with this app, and S-health. I prefer S-health because of the unified health and fitness recording. My understanding is that Google Fit will be able to record blood pressure in the near future. This app is OK, but not my favorite. I. bought the UA-651BLE when I purchased my Note 7. So when I exchanged it for my LG V20, I expected it to work. Wrong. I see no indication that they are working to make it work either. A total waste of my money. I already had a blood pressure cuff, I only purchased this for the tracking which I don't have.
I purchased the scale with intent to purchase an accompanying BP monitor, but I've try creating a account with two different email addresses and still have not received an reply email. I can't sign in because I get an error message advising me to reply to the email, that I never received, before my account is active.
This app does not recognize my UA-767PBT-C at all. I can get S.health to recognize it, but it rarely works.
I've never received a link to create account,even with 3 multiple emails, I still never got a link. I have to log in as a guest to use the app
Constant app crashes!!! Everytime I try to use it, it crashes! Very frustrating. Please fix this issue!!

Purchased the blood pressure monitor roughly 6 months ago. Was working fine. Now there is an error message every time I try to connect bluetooth. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. Now all my historical data is gone.
The monitor is a total piece of CRAP. I tried pairing it with note3 note note galaxy and an iPhone 4s. All of these devices FAILED to PAIR with this monitor. I will be returning it to where I bough it from. This is NOT what I paid for.
The app has potential but seems to be designed overseas and is very buggy.
I purchased "Deluxe Connected Blood Pressure Monitor" (UA-651BLE) and find it to work fine. One reason for purchasing this device was the ability to save readings to my phone via bluetooth. 1.) My biggest concern regarding saved data is the loss of the "irregular heart beat" icon on the history page and in the exported data. Once the initial reading screen is closed that information is lost forever. Having had a heart attack and wanting to keep an eye on my blood pressure, the heartbeat irregularity information is very important to me. 2.) Further, I would like to have the ability to add a tag or brief note to a reading. That could provide helpful information when reviewing past results. 3.) Finally, I find it difficult to move from the "Dashboard" screen to the "history" screen. I press various positions on the dashboard and sometimes can get to the history - need an icon or menu for navigation.
The cuff pairs with my phone on the first try but my results never show in the app. The whole point of this was automatic blood pressure logging and that doesn't work

Not reliable. When I first set it up to sync with my phone and Samsung health, it asked if I wanted the unit to automatically link up with my phone. I selected yes. Turns out I have to first sign in to the a&d app, then most of the time it still does not sync with my phone. Occasionally I get a surprise and it does. I had an older BP machine that did not have blue tooth, but did have memory and saved my readings. Since I have been having to manually enter my results, I have gone back to my older unit. Would love to get my money back on the newe unit.
