I love the overlay idea. The little floating window that remains on your screen. This way switching screens to access the clipboard content is not necessary. Although a rough implementation lacking functionality...

I can't Paste text that copied from this App Clipboard on Facebook and Facebook Messenger. I've use Samsung Galaxy Note3.

This is a no frills app that does what it says it does. I like the fact that I don't have to keep leaving the app I'm in to copy contents to the clipboard. With the overlay, I can just stay where I am.
