Como político, es miembro del comité Central y Vicesecretario de Comunicaciones del Partido de la Liberación Dominicana (PLD). Dentro de su partido promueve la ideología del profesor Juan Bosch y es el autor del concepto de Liderazgo Responsable, el cual define como una evolución del liderazgo, determinada por el conocimiento y la tecnología que dominan el siglo XXI.
En la comunicación ha participado en los tres formatos clásicos del periodismo: prensa escrita, radio, televisión y hoy se le reconoce como uno de los principales promotores del periodismo digital y activista de los códigos tecnológicos libres o abiertos.
Actualmente es conductor del programa radial Zol de la Mañana y del programa de televisión Telenoche. As a politician, he is a member of the Central Committee and Deputy Secretary of Communications of the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD). Within his party he promotes the ideology of Juan Bosch and is the author of the concept of Responsible Leadership, which defines leadership as an evolution determined by knowledge and technology dominate the XXI century.
The communication has participated in the three classic forms of journalism: written press, radio, television and today is recognized as one of the main promoters of digital journalism and activist of free or open technological codes.
It is currently host of the radio program Morning Zol and Telenoche television.
