'Leash It' can assist you and the authorities track and recover stolen items. With the 'Leash It' bluetooth iBeacon hidden on your item you will not only be able to keep tabs on your own items gps location but also become part of the 'Leash It' community, where everyone looks out for everyone else.
Working together with all users it enables owners and authorities to pinpoint the exact GPS location of a stolen item through bluetooth crowd GPS tracking social network.
'Leash It' is a device that enables our community, together with the police and other partners to put a leash on crime for good.
The 'Leash It' App and beacon allows the owner to set a perimeter leash around himself and an object. If the object leaves the leashed area it will set off a warning alarm on the mobile.
Please note your Android device must support at least Bluetooth 4 and the operating system must be running at least Kit Kat 4.4.2

Bluetooth does not function properly on Samsung S8 plus and letters displays improperly. The wifi does excellently identify location. Hope tghey can fix this.

Flaky. Will not conmect easily.to my 2 leashes. Loses.conmection whilst next to phone. Alarm goes.off cannot stop it. Have to uninstall to stop or restart phone Used on samsung galaxy s7 edge

Can not connect to my pet leash from 2m away.. or it randomly connects and drops out so my phone is constantly vibrating.. good idea but alot of work to be done

Have tried to save my profile a few times and it won't save. It won't store my contact details, keep getting an error. I see someone with the exact same problem in May 2017 so I presume it's not been fixed. Great idea, just needs to work as advertised.
