Poor quality app

Best thing that happened to McDonalds Jordan since they opened :) i have been using it since they launched it and lately adding credit card payment made life easier. Would have been amazing with GPS delivery location.

This application is really difficult to use and so much stupid requirements such as User name and password with upper case letter and lower I don't like it and it makes ordering harder not easy like it supposed to

Bad experience! NEVER AGAIN! Ordered ramadan meal and received wrong order. The worst part that when i called the call center they didn't resolved the issue!

I ordered by using this app so many times . I find it easy to order and fast to deliver . And they bring da food hot and the drink cold ,, its a really good app .

After I downloaded it is couldn't ever activate my username

I tried ordering to a different address but the process seem to be very manual to change a location (defaults to first address).. You should include a step to choose address and make it more prominent instead of asking me to pay extra for delivery... UPDATE.. CALL CENTRE REP NOW TELLS ME THEY WILL CANCEL ANY ORDER I MAKE.. VERY POOR..UNINSTALLING

I used to order using this app but suddenly it stopped working and a msg YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEM. BUT MY ACCOUNT WORKS FINE ON A LAPTOP . PLEASE FIX

I am a white woman alone in Amman, Jordan. Meaning I cannot safely leave my hotel room without getting hit on. My only way to get food is by delivery and this is the only app that SEEMED to function. Except your password reset link is broken, meaning I will have literally nothing to eat until I'm back home tomorrow night.

Password reset isnt working. Ive tried several times but still.. I am stuck, cant order and cant reset. And no help option available. No reply from mc on my comment. So sad

Horrible application ... Why do you make an application where you can't even finish the process of getting the order done it keeps giving a note error and failure to connect not once but I've been trying to order for 3 days just to see if this bug is fixed but it seems that no one is actually following up with the app.

The delivery was fast it took 15-25 minutes even though it said it will take 30-40 minutes so that was really good, my only complaint is when you try to put your adress the street is not working. Overall good experience!

انا جربت التطبيق و طلبت و كل شي تمام بس الي ملاحظتين الى المسئول عن التطبيق ارجو اضافة و توضيح اجرة التوصيل الى الفاتورة عند عمل الطلب و الملاحظة الثانية بخصوص طلب عدد وجبات يكون من الصعب تشكيل الشراب

Worst app ever

التوصيل غير متاح للمنطقة والتطبيق بيعطي زمن التوصيل 30 دقيقة، والمسؤول خالد السلال بيحكيلي الفرع مغلق، يعني المطعم كله فاشل وين ادارة المطعم لتشوف هالقصص.

تطبيق فاشل وغبي،ولا فائدة منه، ضيعت ٣٠ دقيقة تقريبا من وقتي وسببلي صداع، ومش قادر ادخل لحسابي مع اني متأكد ١٠٠٪ إن الايميل والباسسورد صحيح، عملت rest password وبلا فائدة .. تطبيق قمة في الغباء
