Not good compare to Google drive, we get 15gb on Google drive and very fast up and down speed on Google drive. But on Jio cloud I'm getting same speed as my broadband plan which is 128kbps only, while on Google drive I'm getting 1-2mbps speed. Improve uploading and downloading speed from your side

I want to know my username ,which I used on previous drive version... I am unable to recover my lost data from jio cloud, I had synced my data with jio drive. Fix it as soon as possible. Please

Very nice app....but one thing u 4got is that if u had kept "select all" option in downloading the pics back in device from jiocloud....if this facility is introduced..then no other app can be compared with jiocloud....this is the major issue i got bcoz some times we need to download many files once and one can not 4bear to dwnload files one by one from jiocloud....plzz bring it with such feature.

switching over to Jio from other operator It was in mind that now we are going to get some better services, too much disappointed to see the quality of customer care provided.I had uploaded some of my important files on jiocloud now after update those files are missing. In this version they promised that old jiocloud files would be available soon in backup folder or one can see them on book.jiodrive.com I tried a lot but that page refuses to identify username and password. Now the same app says files are there only for few days. contacted and mailed jiocare many times, got the same reply would be resolved in next 48 hrs. After 48 hrs every time I receive a mail guiding about how to use Jio cloud. Will someone understand that the problem is that I cannot access my old uploaded files don't need a tutorial on how to use jiocloud. Anyone can try and see one can't log in to book.jiodrive.com using those credentials

Jio internet just not working only at beginning and end of month and it's says 1gb per day.

Poor app please not download this app and hang your phone and your data is low and balance is due

Awesome but u should must have increase space from 5 gb to 15gb minimum.....

It would be better if folder sharing option is added in the next update.
