The app doesn't work on my Samsung S7 Edge. It starts but when I log in, it starts to render the account page and then crashes back to the login.

I have tried over 100 times to login and always appear: Authentication Problem. I insert my home phone number plus registration email and the right password but every time appears Authentication problem. I tried add my Jersey JT mobile phone number to but the problem this same. This application don't work. JT have add APP on Google play that doesn't work. I have Samsung galaxy s4 I9500 SHV-E330L

Waited so many weeks for someting that doesn't give the wright information.. i shoud be used to be disapointed with jt services but somehow i always think that you guys are gonna get it wright this time, but you never do..

Tried logging in repeatedly but always gives an authentication failed error message. This results in my website login being locked out which can only be unlocked by contacting JT.
