My JBL Headphones for Android
I thought the app didn't work, you can actually connect but the problem is the headphones (i have the Elite 700) have most bizarre pairing process I have ever come across. JBL please make this process more user-friendly with future products. You know people don't like to read instructions or have to watch an instructional video JUST TO GET THE DAMN THINGS TO PAIR! SHEEESHHHH! Oh and the bass sucks they distort and peak way too easy when my Beats Studio never claim close to doing that. The End
Rubbish, the app was working and now just says "connect headphones" I've tried reinstalling, no joy. Don't waste your time.
I just bought the JBL Everest Elite 300 with NXTGEN ANC and this app isn't able to detect the device even when already paired. I'm using a Sony Xperia XZ with the latest firmware. I've already uninstalled/reinstalled the app multiple times, I'm still stuck at the "Please connect headphones" prompt.
Why would you start off by blaring a video at me, we got right off on the wrong foot. App seems decent enough, tells me there's a firmware upgrade available. But I have to go to the website, and the download link is broken. Sloppy, sloppy. Poor management. No wonder such low ratings.
I have the Reflect Aware C headphones, and they constantly disconnect from my phone after a couple of minutes, despite being physically connected. The headphones are good, but the app itself is worthless.
It says please connect headphones despite being connected, I have an everest elite 700, I hope this issue gets solved soon
This app is ok but I don't want to have it open everytime I plug in the headphones. I've tried selecting cancel and default but it doesn't stop showing up.
After firmware update to my Everest Elite 300 the app does not see the headphones. It only says "please connect headphones" even though they're paired and I can even listen to my music. Please correct the problem, thousands of people report this issue...
All the negative reviews, you people should read which headphones are supported in stead of blindly trying to make it work.
I have a JBL Everest 700 connected to an LG Stylo. This app does not see my headphones.
Just so we're clear, having an app that opens by playing music which you can't shut off is obnoxious. Utility works to set options on Aware-C earbuds.
The app will not connect with headphones so far it is worthless.
JBL ask a lot of money for they wireless headphones, but they are unable to develop a normal app to manage.
I have a Note 4 and it worked on the first try. Maybe I was one of the lucky few that got it to work.
This will not pair with my JBL Everest 300 headphones it tells me to connect my headphones when they already are it will not work with my headphones anyway
It never connects with my jbl everest 300. Always asking me to connect headset

I have the JBL Everest 700's, and because I don't have the elites it won't connect? I'm connected to Bluetooth but it still stuck on the screen asking me to connect. Is there another app we can go to so this problem can be resolved?
