Recent technological advancements with smartphones have shown that they can be used to develop self-monitoring and self-sensing devices for life logging, which would deliver information of behavioural changes, environmental accountability, quantified-self and much more. “SocialSense” is an experimental Android mobile app designed to identify social interactions between a set of users within various social scenarios. It does this through the sampling of nearby Wi-Fi transmitter data.
