Da sempre in Puglia la coltivazione della vite, dell’ulivo e delle altre varietà locali della macchia mediterranea costituiscono una ricchezza. Non solo per i prodotti genuini che essa rende, ma soprattutto per quello che il legame con questa terra insegna. Come la passione per il mondo agricolo, lo stupore delle cose buone e belle, la cultura dell’accoglienza.

Nata dalla maestria nell’arte della coltivazioni della vite del nostro bis-nonno Domenico Melillo, oggi – noi tre giovani fratelli Giampiero, Maurizio e Rosa – abbiamo rilanciato l’impresa di famiglia con passione.

La nostra mission è produrre vino di alta qualità dai nostri vigneti, situati nel ricco e soleggiato territorio dell’Alto Salento. Prestando la massima attenzione alla valorizzazione ed alla tutela della tradizione vitivinicola locale, ci avvaliamo delle più innovative conoscenze ed attrezzature enologiche. La conduzione agronomica è molto attenta: abbiamo scelto di effettuare il diserbo unicamente in modo meccanico e di non utilizzare prodotti in sintesi. Riusciamo così a produrre vini ben fatti, puliti, con l’obiettivo di esaltarne la bevibilità e di avere anche etichette più ambiziose. Dai un’occhiata alla nostra cantina di eccellenza.

Produciamo anche olio, miele, frutta e ortaggi. Ogni processo di produzione è basato sulla tutela della biodiversità e sulla sostenibilità ambientale.

Ogni prodotto racconta la storia della nostra famiglia, i valori dello spazio rurale, la passione per l’agricoltura. Si tratta di un patrimonio culturale che cerchiamo di custodire e accrescere continuamente, ma che soprattutto vogliamo condividere.

Per questo come Masseria Didattica riconosciuta dalla Regione Puglia, organizziamo progetti e attività di formazione per adulti e bambini. Ma anche corsi di cucina tipica pugliese con l’obiettivo di abbinare un’alimentazione sana e consapevole al gusto delle tradizioni autentiche.
