You can easily and quickly create job quotes and invoices. As you create quotes or invoices for customers, those names and items are stored for later use so that you can quickly create new quotes or invoices with items that you entered previously without needing to type all the information again. Time is money, and this app will allow you save plenty of time.
Your customers will be very happy as well. I have removed 2 stars as have asked to be able to sign quotes & as live in australia i need the to be able to dd/mm/yyyy i will give 5 stars if you add those things. At the very least date adjustment first thanx....You guys have built a great little app that is very simple to use. Any one that needs to do up a quote should have it. Please could you add the ability to sign the quote. As it would be good if I and the customer could sign before emailing or just so contractor can sign off on the quote. I would be happy to pay more for this service. I'm using Samsung galaxy note 10.

A few weeks ago, I lost months of quotes. I tried to update and restore and still can't get them back. Also, all of the sudden, I keep getting a read access denied when I try to attach to my Yahoo mail. This app was great for months. Not sure what happened??

I would like to suggest a feature when I create a quote, I like to write up some terms and condition text at the end of each quote. So it would be nice to have that. Thanks

Works as intended for lite use, but not for serious business use. No data export, backup, or restore is a glaring omission. Lack of reports or payment entry system. No aging or late charge options. Would be worth much more with these features. As it stands, can only serve as a secondary mobile addition to full featured windows invoicing system. Not a replacement.

Program convenient to use.Once I got problem, for some reason on 22nd invoice emailed one come without total amount. In application and in PDF on phone exist amount, but on computer, emailed or moved from phone - missing. On next invoice no problem

I got an entire bid types up and when I go to view PDF it says there are 101 pages which there shouldn't be and it's blank.

This app is just whar I was looking for to technologically professionalize my customer quotes! It is simple and intuitive and let's me email my quote right from the customer's home at the time of the estimate. With the recent update I can now add a line item to subtract a discount too! This tool will definitely lead to more sales.
