Pharmacy Technician Toolkit

This application contains two common tools often used by a pharmacy technician: an expiration datefinder and an alligation calculator. The expiration datefinder returns the date in as many days, weeks, or months as the value entered by the user to assist determining the expiration of a medication compounded or reconstituted on the current day. The alligation calculator evaluates the amounts from two different concentrations of solutions to produce a desired volume of a solution with a target concentration. These tools are intended to be a helpful reference but do not substitute the supervision of a qualified pharmacist.
