Los clientes que usan la aplicación pueden personalizar el tipo de ofertas que desean recibir,asi como tambien pueden inhabilitar dichas notificaciónes temporalmente para luego reactivarlas cuando lo deseen.

Cuando una oferta es creada automaticamente, no importa si el telefono esta desconectado, cuando cambie su estado a "conectado" la notificación te sera mostrada.
