I use it fairly often and i like that u don't have to deal with the mostly rude and abrupt reps that answer the phones, as well as the fact it lets u track the cab driver, their name, and gives u a call number with the option to leave f/b. However. .not giving 5 stars because normally the gps location of the driver is off so they are normally closer than appears.

. . . it's not helpful to only see trips from before two months ago. If the current request gets deleted right after its been put in, there's no point. Clearing out the cache and data helps not a bit.
