InfoBadge è un’Applicazione Mobile per Smartphone basata su tecnologia NFC per la gestione degli accessi e comunicazioni in ambito aziendale. L'applicazione è progettata e sviluppata per sistemi operativi Android. L'utente passando la propria tessera NFC vicino al device accederà ad un area dove potrà, timbrare entrate/uscite, richiedere ferie, permessi e cambi turno. I dati saranno inviati al gestionale on line della società. L’accesso a quest'’area riservata è regolamentato tramite user name e password a livello singolo. All’interno dell’area riservata l’amministratore potrà gestire le timbrature, le richieste ferie, permessi e cambi turno ecc…, inoltre i dati presenti potranno essere esportati in formato csv per la gestione con Microsoft Excel dei fogli presenza dei dipendenti. InfoBadge is an Application for Mobile Smartphone based on NFC technology for access management and communications within the company. The application is designed and developed for Android operating systems. The user passing their card near the NFC devices will access to an area where he can, stamped entries / exits, take holidays, leaves and shift changes. The data will be sent to the on-line management of the company. Access to confidential quest''area is regulated through user name and password in single layer. Inside the restricted area, the administrator can manage the time records, leave requests, permits and shift changes etc ... Furthermore the data can be exported in CSV format for management with Microsoft Excel of employee attendance sheets.
