GeoTerMapp

GeoTerMapp è una mobile al cui interno si trovano dati relativi alle caratteristiche termiche del terreno, come temperatura media, conducibilità termica, ma anche cartografie geologiche, sismiche e di rischio idrogeologico.

L’idea progettuale è quella di creare un database di pubblica utilità, in modalità “open data”, dei parametri termici del terreno necessari alla progettazione di impianti geotermici a bassa entalpia.

Il progetto si colloca nell’ambito delle installazioni degli impianti geotermici a bassa entalpia.

La geotermia è la tecnologia che, estraendo il calore del terreno produce energia termica, pulita e rinnovabile.

Il calore estratto, mediante pompe di calore, è utilizzato per il riscaldamento e raffrescamento di edifici e per la produzione di acqua calda sanitaria ad uso residenziale o anche industriale.

Modus Green Energy srl, che è, già da tempo, impegnata nelle installazioni degli impianti geotermici, ha evidenziato la mancanza di un database relativo ai parametri geotermici del terreno fondamentali ad un corretto dimensionamento degli impianti.

Non essendo disponibile una banca dati, è sempre necessario effettuare una prova, detta GRT (Ground Response Test), dalla quale sono misurati i seguenti tre parametri: temperatura media del terreno indisturbato, conducibilità termica media del suolo, resistenza termica media della sonda.

Il progetto punta alla creazione di una banca dati nazionale e accessibile a tutti, in modalità “open data” nella quale,i progettisti, ma anche enti di ricerca,università possono trovare le informazioni relative ai dati del terreno.

Di fondamentale importanza è la condivisione tra installatori, progettisti del settore, enti, università, che possano inserire e allo stesso tempo trovare, informazioni sulle caratteristiche termiche dei terreni, sulla geologia e sulla pericolosità sismica e di rischio idrogeologico. Geothermal energy is a technology that, by extracting heat from the ground produces thermal energy, clean and renewable.

The heat extracted by heat pumps, is used for heating and cooling of buildings and for the production of sanitary hot water to residential or industrial use.

Modus Green Energy Ltd., which is, for some time, engaged in the installation of geothermal plants, has highlighted the lack of a database relating to geothermal parameters of the fundamental ground for a correct dimensioning of plants.

Not being available a database, a test, the GRT (Ground Response Test), from which the following three parameters are measured: average temperature of the undisturbed ground, average thermal conductivity of the soil, average probe thermal resistance is always necessary.

The project aims to create a national database and accessible to all, in the "open data" mode in which the designers, but also research institutes, universities can find information about the terrain data.

Of fundamental importance is the sharing between installers, industry designers, agencies, universities, they can enter and at the same time finding, information on the thermal properties of soils, geology and seismic hazard and geological risk.
